These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Postto mobile application, website, and all services provided by Myadbazaar.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Postto, the user agrees to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Offered

Postto provides:

• Digital poster and video creation tools
• Social media publishing services
• Automated posting to Facebook and Instagram
• Subscription-based premium services

3. User Information & Account Responsibility

• Users must provide accurate and complete information including name, mobile number, and profile details.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized usage may result in suspension or permanent termination.

4. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Integration

Users may voluntarily connect their Facebook and Instagram accounts for Auto Posting services.

• By connecting these accounts, users grant Postto the necessary permissions to publish content on their behalf.
• Postto only uses official Meta APIs and complies with applicable Meta Platform policies.
• Postto does not access private messages, passwords, or unrelated personal data.

5. User Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content uploaded, created, or published using Postto.

• Users must not upload illegal, misleading, copyrighted, harmful, offensive, or policy-violating content.
• Postto reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts violating applicable laws or platform policies.

6. Payments & Subscription Terms

• Subscription charges are billed on a recurring basis through AutoPay/e-Mandate.
• A nominal ₹1 verification transaction may occur before the actual subscription amount is charged.
• Once a payment is successfully processed, it shall be governed by the Refund Policy.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, Postto does not guarantee that the app or website will always remain error-free or uninterrupted.

Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or third-party service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Postto and Myadbazaar shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Social media account restrictions imposed by Meta
• Loss caused due to user negligence or third-party issues
• Business losses, data losses, or content reach reduction

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, software, templates, designs, and content provided by Postto remain the intellectual property of Myadbazaar unless otherwise stated.

10. Modification of Terms

Myadbazaar reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of Postto after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
